After purchasing a website package, you’ll receive a questionnaire that allows you to share important details about your business.
In this form, you’ll be able to tell us about your business goals, brand personality, and overall vision for the website. We’ll ask specific questions about your design preferences, such as color schemes, fonts, and layout ideas, as well as for any branding materials like logos or taglines.
This information helps us create a website that perfectly aligns with your brand identity and objectives.

To ensure your website accurately represents your business, you’ll need to provide content. This includes the text, images, videos, product information (if applicable), and any links you want to feature on your site.
For example, if you're selling products or services, you'll want to provide descriptions, prices, and images for each item. If you're showcasing a portfolio, you’ll need high-quality images or videos to be displayed.
We’ll provide guidance and can assist you in gathering the necessary materials.

Once we have all the required information and content, we move on to the design and build phase.
Our designers will craft a custom website that not only looks great but is also functional and user-friendly. We will create a site with a minimum of 5 core pages:
Homepage: The first impression and hub for your visitors.
About: A space to share your story, mission, and values.
Services/Products: Detail the services or products you offer, helping customers understand your business at a glance.
Contact: A page for customers to get in touch with you easily, whether through a contact form, email, or phone.
FAQ: We include a frequently asked questions page so that your audience can be better informed about your business and services.
Our Team: We will also include a team page to build trust and showcase your team’s background with your audience.
If you need additional pages such as a blog, photo gallery, or an online store, we can easily add those based on your request.
We ensure the website is fully responsive, meaning it will look and perform beautifully across all devices—whether it’s viewed on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone.

We don't just stop at designing the site; we take care of all the technical aspects so you don’t have to. This includes domain registration (if needed), setting up secure hosting, and configuring the backend to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Most websites are completed within 7–10 working days, though websites with more advanced features or custom requests may require additional time. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated on the progress.
We also make sure your website is optimized for mobile devices and functions seamlessly across various platforms and browsers.

Once your website is designed, built, and fully functional, it’s time for the launch.
We will walk you through the final steps of going live and ensure that everything is working perfectly before the official launch. You’ll receive full ownership of the site, and we will assist in transferring all necessary details, including logins and hosting setup. We will also assist you with the Squarespace platform setup.
Even after the website is live, our support doesn’t end there. Whether you need help with updates, troubleshooting, or future changes, we’ll continue to be available to assist you.
Our goal is to make sure your website stays updated and performs well long after it’s been launched.

Yes, after we complete and transfer your website to you, you'll need to pay Squarespace’s monthly fee of $26 for hosting, as well as an annual domain hosting fee of about $20/year.
However, if you prefer hands-off management, we offer a $100 per month plan that covers the monthly fees and also allows for unlimited website updates and edits, so you won’t have to worry about making changes yourself.
